Austin graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and an Energy Management Certification from the McCombs School of Business. In 2019, Austin obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, and he is a member of both the Texas and Montana State Bar Associations.

Austin’s professional career began in January 2020 when he joined the Lawyers Title Commercial operation of the Fidelity National Title Group. This opportunity provided him with broad exposure to a diverse range of commercial transactions, allowing him to gain comprehensive experience from the inception to the completion of complex real estate deals. As a former commercial title attorney, Austin worked closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, brokers, and their legal counsel, guiding them through every stage of real property transactions.

In 2022, Austin made a strategic transition into private real estate practice. From contract drafting and review to due diligence and negotiation, Austin utilizes practical knowledge learned from his exposure to a wide variety of real estate transactions to provide strategic counsel tailored to meet clients’ specific objectives.
