Carly G. Zablah represents a diverse array of clients in various commercial real estate transactions, including real property acquisition and disposition, retail project development, and office, retail, and industrial lease negotiation.

Before joining WLBO as a Member in 2023, Carly practiced at a Dallas-based boutique law firm focusing on commercial real estate. She also previously worked in-house at a publicly-traded Fortune 500 oil & gas exploration and production company, where she negotiated oil, gas, and mineral leases and joint operating agreements between operators.

Carly earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating summa cum laude, and her juris doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.
