Rachel Oliver joined the firm in 2023 when the firm was launched after 15 years as a partner in another Dallas law firm. She has focused her practice on representing clients in commercial leasing matters. She has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in industrial and retail leases and related transactions. Previously, she practiced in the real estate section of the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP.

Rachel graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University in 1998 with a B.A. in Philosophy and earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2001, where she served as an editor on the Texas Tech Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
