Shelli has been practicing law for more than 25 years. She focuses on commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and development projects for retail, office, industrial, restaurant, and hotel clients, including developers, operators, landlords and tenants. She has more than 20 years’ experience representing national and regional QSR clients and has managed all aspects of the leasing process from lease negotiations to due diligence to construction related issues. She has extensive experience identifying resolution strategies for complex development and due diligence issues.

Away from work, Shelli enjoys hiking, traveling, good food and spending time with family.
