Amy Waller joined Walls Landry Baker & Oliver in 2023, bringing her considerable expertise in commercial real estate and corporate law to the firm's established team. Her areas of specialization include commercial leasing, reviewing title work, development of commercial properties, and real estate sales transactions. Amy also has expertise in corporate law, particularly in entity formation for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, along with maintaining business records for these entities.

Amy's strong understanding of commercial real estate is enhanced by her background in her family’s commercial real estate business and her experience as a licensed real estate sales agent since 2014. This diverse experience equips her with an entrepreneurial approach to addressing each client's specific business and legal needs effectively.

Her academic credentials are equally impressive. Amy is a member of the State Bar of Texas and earned her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2019, where she graduated summa cum laude. During her time at Baylor, she served as the Business Editor of the Baylor Law Review, published a comment on real property issues in Texas, placed as a semi-finalist in the Nathan, Howell, Smith & Lee Client Counseling Competition, and was a member of the Baylor Barrister Society. Amy completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 2015, also graduating summa cum laude.
