Carly G. Zablah brings extensive expertise to Walls Landry Baker & Oliver, where she specializes in various facets of commercial real estate. Her practice areas include real estate development and construction, retail and office leasing, and entity formation. Carly adeptly handles real property acquisitions and dispositions, alongside spearheading retail project developments. Her prior experience includes a role at a Dallas-based boutique law firm focused on commercial real estate and in-house at a publicly traded Fortune 500 oil and gas company, where she negotiated complex oil, gas, and mineral leases, as well as joint operating agreements.

Carly earned her J.D. in 2015 from the University of Texas School of Law, where she contributed as Articles Editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. She obtained her B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010 with highest honors and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. An active participant in the legal community, Carly is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Attorneys Serving the Community, and the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
