Rachel Oliver joined Walls Landry Baker & Oliver in 2023, bringing with her 15 years of experience as a partner at another well-regarded Dallas law firm. Her practice is primarily focused on commercial leasing, where she has successfully represented both landlords and tenants in a wide array of industrial and retail leases and related transactions. Prior to her title as a partner, Rachel practiced in the real estate section of the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP.
Rachel's legal education includes earning a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2001, where she served as an editor for the Texas Tech Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif, recognizing her academic excellence.
